What Data Can Be Deleted?
You can request the deletion of the following data associated with your SocialCash account:
Account Information:
Name, email address, and password.
Social Media Profile Information:
Information obtained through connected social media APIs (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
Task-related Information:
Data about tasks you selected and completed, including descriptions and compensation (excluding anonymized statistics used for platform improvement).
Public Profile Information:
This may include your username, profile picture, and influencer statistics displayed on your SocialCash profile (if applicable).
Please note:
We may be required to retain certain information for legal or regulatory reasons. Anonymized data that does not identify you personally may still be used for platform improvement.
How to Request Data Deletion?
1. To request the deletion of your data, you can follow these steps:
2. Log in to your SocialCash account.
3. Select the menu option from the bottom navigational bar
4. Navigate to My Profile and select the edit profile option.
5. Locate the delete account Submit your request and enter the OTP to proceed further.
6. Processing Time: We will process your data deletion request within 5 working days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
Important Information:
Deleting your account data will disable your SocialCash account and you will not be able to access the platform or its features.
Data deletion may affect your ability to participate in past or ongoing tasks.
